Babu possesses masters in marketing management from Mumbai University.
He has 12 years of experience in IT and business publishing.

Babu started his career with Express Computer-India's leading IT weekly. He was one of the core members of the inception team of Business Publications division of The Indian Express Group.

He has worked in areas of publishing, events, research and strategic alliances.

He launched Glocal Infomart in February 2002 along with this colleague Manoj Agrawal and organized premium banking conferences like Core Banking 2004 & Payment Tech 2004.

He was responsible for taking technology to Co-operative and Smaller banks in smaller cities through a movement called Modern Banking from December 2003 onwards.

His competencies lie in specializing in strategic alliances, marketing, publishing and relationship management.

Manoj holds MS (Computer Science) from Florida State University
He launched Glocal Infomart in February 2002 along with his colleague Babu Nair.

He started his career in software development and went on to become IT head of Lintas advertising and Contract Advertising in Mumbai.

He has been instrumental in conceptualizing successful events like Core Banking and Payment Tech 2004. He also conceptualized Modern Banking & Profitable Banking for Co-operative Banks.

In the past and current event, he has moderated and conducted several panel discussions and round tables on banking.

He has successfully conducted surveys and studies on various banking & technology topics.
