Cooperative Banking Roadmap 2006

The Co-operative and SME banking in India have got a major push from the government to focus more on the priority sector lending and reforms. With strength of about 2000 banks all over India the co-operative movement has gathered a major momentum and while it is undergoing a major consolidation spree, there has been a need for technology up gradation that has surfaced in order to make sure that these banks can keep themselves afloat in the competitive banking segment.

This event brought together all the co-operative banks across India to discuss issues and concerns related to their business and technology under an event titled - The Co-Operative Banking Roadmap. The speakers were CEOs and consultants from various leading co-operative banks and the banking federations.

The event was a combination of conference along with exhibition on the latest banking technologies and third party products such as insurance, mutual funds and other business areas. Similar event were conducted across Maharashtra, Karanataka, Kerala, Gujarat which attracted more than 250 plus delgates.
